Fitness Printables
Fitness Printables have always been something that I have been interested in creating. Most of you know about my passion in graphic design, but I also have a deep passion and understanding in fitness.
I am actually a certified Pilates Instructor and I love it! Unfortunately, I have not really been too active this year. I took a long pause in Pilates to grow my online business, and although it was most definitely worth it, I must say I miss it greatly.
While creating these fitness printables I focused on every aspect that has helped me and my clients track our fitness goals. Losing weight, gaining muscle & flexibility and living an overall healthier lifestyle is my main focus for 2016. It sounds cliche’ but I’m not calling it my new years resolution as much as I am labeling it my 2016 goal.
In my new fit-series, I will be sharing with you my process of eliminating foods that do not get me closer to my goal and how I keep motivated to workout. Follow along on my Instagram and share your successes with the hashtag #sptmove30
Getting Started In your Fitness Journey
The first step in getting your fitness journey started is creating a space dedicated to your journey. This helps you keep focused and it enables you to track your success and failures.
This year I am stepping out of my comfort zone and putting it all out there. Most of you have probably heard of a vision board. A vision board is probably one of the most valuable visualization tools you can create to get you closer to your goals.
When creating these fitness printables I also focused on being neat. I wanted my board to be very clean and I was very selective on what I included. I did not want to make it visually messy or cluttered as I do not want to invite chaos into my life. Although there are 15 printables in my download, I did not include them all in my board. You have the choice of picking and choosing what works for you.
If you are a binder type of girl because you do not want others to know what your weight & stats are, I have a fitness binder in my shop that worked really well for me last year. This year however, I want everyone to know what I am doing. That way, maybe I will get a little, much needed, support from my loved ones.
Even if you don’t have anyone cheering you on, visualizing daily where you see yourself in a month, a few months, a year, or even years from now, will actually stimulate your emotions and attract your vision and ultimate goal.
Tracking Your Succes
It is important for you to track your achievements and feel gratitude for your successes. This will help build momentum and keep you on track. Use the “lost pounds” printable to track 10 pounds at a time. I feel when you focus on a much larger weight-loss goal you get discouraged quickly. When you focus on losing 10 pounds at a time, you make losing weight more manageable and attainable.I highly suggest adding a picture of yourself, preferably of a happy moment in your life when you were at a healthier weight as well as inspirational quotes and images that evoke positive emotions.

If you are not looking into losing weight but instead focusing on getting toned, use the “lift heavy” workout sheet. This sheet will keep track of your reps, sets, & exercises that you are focusing on that week.

Reward yourself
When reaching a specified goal, reward yourself. Celebrate that you are closer to your goal and document it.
Meal Plan and Meal Logs
Most often we work out and work out and see no results. Often times this is because we are not tracking our calorie intake appropriately. In the included printables you will also find a meal log and meal planner to keep on eye on your food consumption.

Water Intake
Water plays a vital role in nearly every bodily function. It is essential to track your water intake as it turbo-charges your ability to lose weight. Tracking your water intake can be as easy as carrying a water bottle everywhere you go and making sure it’s gone by the time you arrive home. For others, it becomes something of a chore to drag flavorless water around.
Consider adding fresh citrus and fruit to not only hydrate but detox your body as well. They are also beautiful to look at! I have included a water intake tracker for those that still have a hard time keeping track of how much you drink.
Planning your workouts
Planning your workouts, writing them down is great for accountability. At the end of the week, take a look at your board and ask yourself if you did everything you should have to get you closer to your weight-loss and fitness goals. There is no lying to yourself, hold yourself accountable. I have created a board for workout ideas that I have found useful.
